What insurances are accepted at University Skin Institute?
Our practice accepts a number of popular insurance plans. These insurers only cover medical procedures, and do not cover elective or cosmetic procedures. We do our best to check your insurance eligibility and verify your benefits prior to your appointment, but we can’t guarantee that the information you receive will be accurate. You are responsible for the understanding of your insurance benefits and your insurance company will determine your responsibility after processing your claim. All patients must bring a valid photo ID, and an insurance card even if you are an existing patient. To reduce your wait time, please fill up the new patient paperwork below prior to your visit as it helps keep both you and our team on time.
