PantéaMD was born from a seemingly simple, yet often overlooked truth: compromised skin cannot thrive.
Throughout more than 15 years in clinical practice, Dr. Pantea Hashemi repeatedly saw patients caught in cycles of irritation — barriers weakened by overly aggressive actives, inflammation mistaken for effectiveness, and complicated routines that left rosacea, acne, eczema, redness, and sensitivity even more inflamed. Skin was being pushed beyond its limits in the name of improvement.
As a double board-certified and fellowship-trained dermatologist, founder of University Skin Institute, and dermopathologist specializing in the pathology of the skin, Dr. Hashemi brings a uniquely nuanced understanding of what is happening beneath the surface — not only how skin appears, but how it functions, responds, and restores itself over time.
Her expertise in histopathology, aesthetic dermatology, and cosmetic science became the foundation of PantéaMD: a refined approach to clinical-grade skincare rooted in restoration rather than excess.
