• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Standard Shipping: 

 Orders are expected to be delivered within 4-5 business days. University Skin Institute is not responsible for delays in delivery.  times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at

We do not charge extra fee for shipping over 50 $. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday except major holidays. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of an order being completed. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority shipping. We currently only ship domestically.

University Skin Institute is not responsible for shipping decisions made by USPS and is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Issues with delivery or damaged goods should be addressed with USPS.
